Garlock’s hydraulic v-ring packing is constructed of custom-made rubber compounds and polymers shaped in our proprietary Chevron® design, to give you the best sealing and longest lasting products. Style 432 DEEP is our traditional performance grade medium hardness Nitrile (NBR) rubber reinforced with cotton fabric, but it’s offered as an extra tall male and v-ring and is designed to be used in deep stuffing boxes for pressures from 500-2,500psi. Available in 4 cross-sections: 0.625”, 0.750”, 0.875” and 1.000”, this material can be solid in lengths of coil or cut rings. Add premium grade 260/261RH DEEP adaptors to increase the pressure rating to 4,500psi.
