Garlock ONE-UP® pump diaphragms make use of high performance GORE® ePTFE sheet on the wetted side for significantly longer life than conventional PTFE diaphragms. Aside from the vastly superior PTFE, additional strength is given to the diaphragms by utilizing a one piece construction where the ePTFE is physically bonded to a premium grade, fabric reinforced, elastomer backer. The ePTFE facing and elastomer backer both have patented surface features that help disperse stress and is another contributing factor to the diaphragms renown longevity. Garlock ONE-UP® diaphragms excel in applications that experience chemically aggressive process medias, abrasive wear, high pressures, and other pumping system obstacles that are often too extreme for stock OEM diaphragms. GORE is a registered trademark of W.L. Gore & Associates.

  • Overview

Features and Benefits:

  • Contains GORE® ePTFE sheet bonded to a fabric reinforced rubber backing for extraordinary strength and cycle life increase that is magnitudes higher than competitive diaphragms.
  • One piece design with patented rib construction greatly increases flex life while inversely decreasing down time and maintenance costs.
  • Chemically inert materials are ideal for use in any application spanning from low pH acids to high pH caustics.
  • Available for most AODD makes and models allowing for ease of transition from low end stock diaphragms.
