GYLON® Style 3522 PTFE Diaphragms

STYLE-3522-DIAPHRAGM
  • Style/Model: Style 3522
  • Brand: GYLON®

Garlock's GYLON® 3522 diaphragms are made from 100% virgin modified PTFE and are manufactured using a proprietary calendaring process that optimizes performance to deliver the longest service life in the industry. Exclusive to Garlock, GYLON® 3522 offers a flex life three times longer with 90% fewer voids than traditional skived PTFE diaphragms, which reduces contamination concerns while providing unmatched performance in challenging applications. It is ideal for use with strong chemicals, SIP cleaning, and ultra-clean semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food, and beverage applications. Available in flat and molded gaskets, diaphragms, and custom shapes, including laminated PTFE/rubber diaphragms with fabric reinforcement and metal insert options.
